Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for books and paper products. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at leghetna@hotmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking link must be provided to leghetna@hotmail.com once the item has been shipped, so that both parties can follow the delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
